Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all design and development services provided by Elivo ("we", "us", or "our"), a design and web development studio based in Kaunas, Lithuania. By making payment or confirming a project, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Elivo provides design and development services including but not limited to:

• Brand identity and logo design
• UX/UI design and prototyping
• Website and mobile application development
• Social media graphics and marketing visuals

The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins and confirmed via email or written communication.

2. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or source code are delivered.

For smaller projects (under €100), full payment may be required upfront.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer (SEPA), PayPal, or Stripe. All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate of €30/hour.

4. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun:

• The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable
• Work completed up to the cancellation point remains billable
• All files and work produced remain property of Elivo until full payment is received

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work are transferred to the client. This includes final design files, source code, and deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

Elivo retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to Elivo
• Review and approve deliverables within 7 days of submission

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

7. Delivery & Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided at the start of each project. Timelines may be affected by client response times, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Elivo will communicate any delays promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, through the courts of Lithuania.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
